RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Mainland France
You have fourteen days from the date of receipt of your parcel to submit your return request and post your parcel.
Submit your return online by completing the Return Request form, providing your order number, the email address used for the order, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Customer services will process your request as soon as possible. Once your request has been processed by customer service, follow the instructions provided in the email and drop off the parcel at a Chronopost collection point.
For all returns made from mainland France, a flat-rate fee of 4 euros will be charged to the customer and deducted from their refund. Postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer standard exchanges.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and with their original labels attached, in perfect condition, new, complete, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and free from any unpleasant odours. Otherwise, they will not be accepted.
A refund will be issued within 15 working days of the date of receipt of the returned parcel (subject to the returned parcel being successfully received at our warehouse) and via the same payment method used when placing the order.
European union

Once your request has been processed by Customer Services, please follow the instructions provided in the email and return your parcel to the following address: YCOO PARIS, 70 avenue Victor Hugo, Fashion Centre, 93300 Aubervilliers, enclosing a note with your name and order number written on a separate sheet of paper.
Returns from outside mainland France are at the customer’s expense. We do not cover any customs charges. The parcel must be sent carriage and customs duty paid. If any customs charges are applied, they will be deducted from the refund. Postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
