MY ORDER
Once your order has been confirmed, our teams will prepare and ship your package within an average of 48 business hours (Monday to Friday). The final delivery time then depends on the chosen shipping method and your destination country.
You can track the progress of your order at any time from your customer area, under the "Track my orders" section. There you will find all the information relating to its processing and shipping.
We do everything possible to ship your order as quickly as possible and sincerely thank you for your patience.
To prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible, it is promptly handled by our logistics teams. Once your order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it.
Unfortunately, we are also unable to group multiple orders after they have been confirmed.
We kindly ask you to carefully check the references, quantities, colors, and delivery address before finalizing your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the provided delivery address. In case of an error, the carrier may, depending on the situation, drop off your package at a nearby relay point or return it to us.
If the package is returned to us, we will refund your order according to our return conditions.

DELIVERY
Once your order has been confirmed, our logistics workshop takes an average of 48 business hours (Monday to Friday) to prepare and ship it.
As soon as it ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
The delivery time is added to the preparation time and depends on the chosen carrier. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
The delivery options, times, and costs are as follows:
Metropolitan France
- Relay Point (Chronopost Pick up - 3 to 5 business days) | €4 and free for purchases over €100.
- Standard (Colissimo with signature - 2 to 4 business days) | €8
- Express (Chronopost - 24h to 48h) | €10

Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
We deliver in France and within the countries of the European Union.
In order to deliver to you as quickly as possible, our logistics team prepares and ships orders very rapidly. Therefore, once your order has been validated, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel it, even if it has not yet been shipped.
In the event of an error in the delivery address, we invite you to contact the carrier directly once your package has been shipped.
If the carrier cannot change the address, the package will be returned to us. Upon receipt, we will proceed with your refund, from which return shipping costs will be deducted.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Metropolitan France
You have fourteen days from the date of receipt of your package to make your return request and post your package.
Declare your return online by filling out the Return Request form, indicating your order number, the email address used for the order, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Customer service will process your request as soon as possible. Once the request has been processed by customer service, follow the instructions specified in the email and drop off the package at a Chronopost relay point.
For any return made from Metropolitan France, a flat fee of 4 euros will be charged to the Customer and deducted from their refund. Shipping costs remain at the customer's expense.
We do not offer standard exchanges.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and with their original tag, in perfect condition, new, complete, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unstained, and must not have any undesirable odor. Otherwise, they will not be accepted.
The refund will be issued within 15 business days following the date of receipt of the return package (subject to proper receipt of the return package at our warehouse) and via the same payment method used for the order.
Outside Metropolitan France
You have fourteen days from the date of receipt of your package to make your return request and post your package.

Returns from outside Metropolitan France are at the customer's expense. We do not cover any customs fees. The shipment must be sent with postage and customs duties prepaid. If customs fees are applied, they will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs remain at the customer's expense.

We recommend that you take your measurements (chest, waist, and hip circumference) and then compare them to those indicated in our guide. This method remains the most reliable for choosing the size that will best suit you, as correspondences can vary depending on brands and body types.
All sizes displayed on our website correspond to French sizes.
